Opening Hours

The Practice is committed to the continued development and training of its staff.  One Wednesday afternoon each month, the Practice closes at 13:30 so that staff have dedicated time for their professional development.  The dates are:

Derbyshire Health United are currently providing the NHS 111 service. This service was introduced to make it easier for our patients to access healthcare services when they need medical help fast, but it’s not a life-threatening situation. The 111 service is part of the wider revisions to the urgent care system to deliver a 24/7 urgent care service that ensures patients receive the right care, from the right person, in the right place, at the right time.

When the Practice is closed, the NHS 111 service covers our out-of-hours period between 18:30 to 08:00 the next day, weekends and Bank Holidays.

111 online is a fast and convenient alternative to the 111 phone service and provides an option for people who want to access 111 digitally. 

Your needs will be assessed and you will be given advice about whether you need:

• Treat yourself at home
• Go to a Primary Care Centre

If you need face to face medical attention you may be asked to attend a Primary Care Centre.
